Unfortunately, we do not provide cash refunds however we are happy to offer store credit for you to use on later purchases.

We have a 15-day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
